John Andrade

Since childhood, John has been compelled to create. While music photography and furniture design are all creative endeavors that he savors, painting is the one thing that allows him the most freedom of expression. Most of his large-scale paintings are mixed media, a medium that allows him to float one color on another and intermingle without losing fidelity. It is a conveyance of color relationships that interests him rather than blending. A retired airline pilot John currently drives a bus for touring music acts: among them, Four Seasons, Elton John and Dolly Parton.
