My Tennessee Home is a new traveling museum exhibition scheduled to launch in September 2017 at the Parthenon Museum of Nashville, TN. The exhibition hangs from September through December 2017; artist's reception is Friday, September 15, 6-8 pm (reception is free and open to the public.)

This collection of contemporary realism paintings is an inspired celebration of the artist's Tennessee home and showcases unique depictions of the Tennessee State Symbols. For this painter, realism is the most intrensic and true form of self-expression. Much like the notes in a musical composition, every stroke is a statement and each one an essential part of the whole.

Named one of our nation’s “Artist to Watch” by Southwest Art and Fine Art Connoisseur magazines (2014 & 2010), Engel, is internationally acclaimed, published, and awarded.  For the past 2-1/2 years, Camille has been learning about, studying, referencing, & photographing the Tennessee state symbols to create her paintings for this exhibition.
